Noor Students' Self-Made Movie Trailer Project

Noor team believes that real learning happens when students are given the freedom to create, collaborate, and express themselves. Inspired by our lesson “Movies and Young Directors” from the reading comprehension curriculum, our students recently took on an exciting challenge: to create their very own self-made video or short movie trailer.

Guided by Bloom's Taxonomy, Noor encourages students to move beyond remembering and understanding toward the ultimate goal — creation. Working together in groups, students explored different genres and brought their creative visions to life. This hands-on project wasn’t just about making a video — it was about applying the knowledge they gained in class, improving their teamwork, and discovering the power of storytelling.

After all the videos were submitted, our Noor team and students came together to vote for the best project based on creativity, authenticity, and teamwork.

We are so proud of all the students who participated and poured their efforts into creating something of their own. Projects like this remind us why we do what we do — to build a space where learning is meaningful, skills are shared, and ideas come to life.
